If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend the Creative Learning Center: http://www.gilcrease.org/CreativeLearningCenter.aspx It’s a free art center with all kinds of activities available to the kids. They can make and take projects using painting, clay, weaving, etc. And of course the grounds are gorgeous and always worth a stroll!

And the Shops at Seville at 101st and Yale usually does a summer free concert series Thursdays, 7-9 pm, but their schedule wasn't posted yet, either.

River Parks –Rhythm on the River
River Parks will host a free concert series at the new 41st Street Plaza located at 41st & Riverside Drive. A variety of local entertainers will perform from approximately 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. every Friday night (weather permitting) throughout the summer. Food & beverages will be available for purchase. Gilcrease MINI MASTERS: Art Parts - What Makes Up Art
FREE. Fridays, 10-11 am. July 23 & 30, For ages 3–6, accompanied by caregiver.You might not have thought about it before but most things are made up of parts, like a car or a game. Art is made up of parts too! Discover the different parts of art as you learn to find them in artwork in the various galleries of the museum.
