It's back. With those words Tim and Jane Farnsworth reenter a nightmare they know so intimately it needs no other description. "It" may not be found among an insurance company's diagnostic codes, but the Farnsworths, a couple made wealthy by Tim's single-mindedly successful legal practice, know it too well: Tim's compulsion, at any random moment of the day or night, to set out walking for hours at a time until he collapses in exhaustion. They've survived two bouts of this inexplicable illness, which ended as mysteriously as they began, and now, as Joshua Ferris's second novel, The Unnamed, opens, they are beset by a third.

Visit 'The Springs' a new kind of church gathering. Meet Sunday mornings at 10:30am in Sand Springs at the 9th grade Center. Come as you are to meet God as he is.

Everyone working on those New Year's resolutions? Respond and share what your are working on....I am working on spending less time on Facebook, more time involved with The Springs, continuing to make family memories, learn to knit, and lose those 20 lbs! So far so good!

If you know anyone who is unemployed, please share any employment leads you may have. If you find yourself unemployed, try the following:

Apply for unemployment
Apply at temp services
Check out local food banks (they usually also help out paying your utility bills & rent/house pmt)
Apply for food stamps when your unemployment runs out
Remember hard times will not last for ever, good times are around the corner

If anyone is able, please donate to local food banks. Most agencies also accept blankets, gloves, socks, etc. to hand out to the homeless.
